I read the first book and i didn't enjoy it very much , also some parts (not important to the main story ) i found them hard to understand very well, should i continue or not ?

Usually, th…moreI'm only 1/2 way through and I'm finding the story line extremely boring. Amazon had this book rated at 4.2 stars with over 2000+ ratings. Usually, they are dead on but not this time. Other books in the series were rated 5 stars so I felt the series would be a good investment of my time. I just can't see me laboring through the 2nd half of Gunslinger to even move on to the 2nd book.(less)
