Hi Michael! I am obsessed with the Harry Bosch series and devour all the books in the series. My question is - what scene that you've written are you most excited to see on screen? Thanks for the awesome stories!

Michael Connelly There are a lot of scenes that I love seeing translated by actors and cameras. The ones that I think of off-hand would involve spoilers so I don’t want to discuss here. But I will say that in the more recent novels I have really loved writing the scenes where Harry interacts with his daughter Maddie. I think these have become the center of the Bosch story. So likewise I really like watching these be filmed. There is one scene in season 2 where Bosch takes his daughter to the Nickel Diner downtown and they talk. It is a nice, gentle scene between father and daughter in a restaurant I really love. I really thought it was great to watch and I think fans of the books or show will respond to it.
