Cup a tea asked this question about The Immortal Who Loved Me (Argeneau, #21):
This books sounds good, but will I understand and enjoy it without reading the other books in the Argeneau series?

Okay so... this is a catch 22.

All the books are technically stand alone. You can read them out of order if you really wanted to... however it would be best to read in order. Why? Some storylines are interwoven in some ways... Rouge Hunter, Immortal Hunter, Renegade Hunter and Born to Bite are all linked partly. Where Rouge Hunter ends Immortal Hunter picks up but following a new character that just happened to be in the other book as well just a friend to the main male. In some ways following the other books I listed follow in a similar order. Vampires Are Forever and Interrupted Vampire are also linked; they follow two different character pairs but the storyline is connected. If you read Interrupted Vampire it would ruin part of the plot for Vampires are Forever.

So... I would not suggest reading this book first... It would partly ruin 3-4 different books easily. If at all possibly, maybe through amazon, I'd personally order all the books and start from the beginning. However... I've been an avid fan since 2005 and didn't have that many books to get then before I was able to just keep up by buying the next on from Walmart the day it was released or pre-ordering on Amazon like I've done for the last 3 books released. Some have been gifts too though but most I had to hunt up myself.

As for a list in chronilogical order... here you go;

A Quick Bite
Love Bites
Single White Vampire
Tall, Dark & Hungry
A Bite to Remember
Bite Me If You Can
The Accidental Vampire
Vampires Are Forever
Interrupted Vampire

Rouge Hunter
Immortal Hunter
Renegade Hunter
Bitten By Cupid (book # 12.5; side arc but part of the series)
Born to Bite
Hungry for You
The Reluctant Vampire
A Bite Before Christmas (book #15.5; side arc but part of the series)
Under a Vampire Moon
The Lady is a Vamp
Immortal Ever After
One Lucky Vampire
Vampire Most Wanted
The Immortal Who Loved Me (this one is book #21 officially)
About a Vampire (book #22; due out 9/29/2015)

Hopefully you are able to get all the series and enjoy them. You may be lucky enough to find most in a lot on Ebay for cheap... or in used book stores... however Amazon isn't horrible if you're able to order them all in one go because then free shipping, right?(less)

Cup a tea Thanks for the list. It will help me hunt them down.
