How do you go about finding an agent, an editor and a publisher? I know there are lots of ways to get into self-published these days, but I would really like to be able to send my novel to someone in the industry and get their feedback before I decide to self-publish. I'm almost finished writing my first novel and I feel a bit out of my element with publishing.

No question, just a comment, I have read all of your books (I think, maybe a few from your early years?) and love them. Just finished Russian Cage and looking forward to the next one. I did some pandemic re-reading of favorite authors this past year, and you were one of them. I got to enjoy Harper, Lily, Sookie and Manfred all over again, and of course, Gunnie Rose. Still have the Aurora Teagarden series to go.

Hi Charlaine, I’m a big fan of yours. Is your new series a shorter series like Lily Bard and Midnight Texas, or a longer series like Sookie and Aurora? If this one is a shorter series, do you have plans to write another longer series? I love all your work but I especially love a longer series as we get to see more of the main character and their world.
