It's funny you ask that! I just told myself last week I should write a journal with my daily goals and inspirations. I lasted three days. One problem is I sometimes think if I've put it down on paper, it's done, and I never think about it again. It makes me FEEL like I've accomplished the goal, but I haven't. I guess I'll save my words for my books!
