Katie asked Lauren Oliver:

Hey, Lauren. So I read that you like to leave your books on a cliff hanger, so then your fans can let their imaginations go wild. (well mine sure has!) I was just wondering if you would ever release an epilogue for the delirium series? If not can you give me a hint about which man you think Len would have ended up with?

Lauren Oliver I can't tell you anything about Lena other than what's in the books! The rest is up to you.

I will say that I think there's a difference between a cliffhanger and ambiguity. A cliffhanger demands more answers. For instance, I would consider the end of Pandy to be a major cliffhanger. It would have been REALLY mean for me to abandon you there. Ambiguous answers, on the other hand, might not answer ALL of your questions, but they leave enough signs and guideposts for you to be able to construct a narrative in your head. This is what I wanted to do with Requiem.

For books of mine with less ambiguous endings, try Panic, my adult book ROOMS, or my middle grade books!
