No, sorry. I've found it easier to refuse all blurb requests than to try to figure out how to triage them.

For your consolation, major or minor makes no difference. Speaking only for myself as a book consumer, I've never bought a book due to a blurb in my life, so I'm dubious of the utility of the custom. (Online reviews, mm, now and then, though.)
