I am currently reworking my first book, which was originally published in 2016. It is a philosophical journey of the soul and how to aspire from the depths of despair to become what we are meant to be as human beings. It is an autobiography, but reads like fiction discussing my journey through the acute pain of addiction and recovery while paralleling my journey on the yogic path of enlightenment. The book is titled 20,000 Oms and a Cup of Chai, which I wrote while living in a Yoga ashram in southern India in late 2015 and will be released as a second edition in 2025.
