What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Anthony Harrington I love creating worlds and filling them with people, then taking those people and putting them through hell. It is a god complex thing I am sure, but to me it is fun. If you can't have fun writing, then you shouldn't be doing it.

Additionally, I have met and made friends with many other writers of varying caliber. The writer community is close-knit and supportive.
