What's the spiciness level for this book?

Cathy It is NOT a book I would give to my mother to read - or a young person.
Terrie not much. There's parts of the book that mentions sex, but not paragraphs of details.
Medh There are descriptions, and I thought fairly graphic, but no actual encounters. There is a scene with some kind of sex advisor and a bunch of women which I found rather cringe-y.
Kelly Moore Both my Mom (81) and I read it with our Book Clubs.
The sexting is explicit, the man said to have had sex WITH a car is just weird!
If the F-word offends, someone might find it spicier than we did!
Susan The F word is used repeatedly, in a casual way, there is not even one place where "He slept with her" or "He had sex" is used, it's all F*****g. "Want to f**k?" I hate that, it's gross and unnecessary. Besides the car that got "f***d", there's the Sex Woman's talk and sex toys, and descriptions of masterbation. Very little actual sex, however! This book could have done without any of this and been brilliant.
K If you are asking, I would guess you are looking for “ZERO” spiciness. There is a character graphically sexting. Another random character has sex WITH a car, graphically described. There are at least 50 “f-bombs”.
judith No spice, but a lot of heartbreak, almost painful to read at times.
Meg Tuttle Spice level 1/10
