I don't mind as long as there's no plagiarism or copyright infringement involved, as it is expected with human authors. I'm curious how AI authors would write books from scratch. As an author, I don't feel intimidated by AI authors. I don't rely on tropes or prompts for my writing and I don't write to market, so I can't imagine an AI being able to replicate me. Also, as a self-published author, I can't get replaced or laid-off by AI.
