Hi Jodi! 👋 Getting my barely-young-adult son into the classic sci-fi stuff, and this weekend we started on the original "The Twilight Zone" series. Of course the 1st episode, "Where Is Everybody?" Made him gasp, as the main character is in a jumpsuit. I'm ashamed to say, he caught this before I did - but of course he wants to know if this was inspiration. 🥰

Hello. Kudos on getting your sun into classic sci-fi. And The Twilight Zone as well! No, the jumpsuit wasn't inspired by Where is Everybody. When I was putting together my thoughts for St Mary's, I spent some time thinking about what they would wear - what was practical - and so forth. Jump suits seemed ideal - especially as techies often wear orange. I chose blue for historians because it was my favourite colour.

Hi Jodi, I'm rereading the TCSM for the umpteenth time & a thought occurred to me reading NTLTP. Why did Markhams' ghost suddenly start appearing or had he just not noticed it before? And why did our 3 musketeers get involved in the family drama at all? Were they not interfering with history? I don't understand the reasoning for their actions - unless it the same kind of situation as the Mary Stewart history? Help!

Having spent time as an administrative assistant I know that you often make the reservations and send the employees off on adventures while you stay at home, hold down the fort and welcome back the troops but you rarely get to go yourself. The only mention that I can recall of an admin going on one of the “days out” was Mrs. Partridge dodo hunting. Will there ever be a day when Rosy Lee goes with Max on a trip?

Hi Jodi, First of all, I want to thank you so very much for igniting my love of history. I did history GCSE at school, even though I got a C, I found it boring and you have really brought the subject to life for me. I was just wondering if you have seen the film about Mary Queen of Scots and if so what you thought of it? Thanks, Danielle X
