Hi and welcome. I heard that the investigators were originally a trio. If that plan was to continue, would Daryl still exist and if so in what form? Also is Sven or Monocle going to be focused on in a book? Also I wonder if there will be any contests this year.

When I was first developing the main characters I wasn't sure if there'd be two or three alligators. Daryl was not one of them, I had settled on two alligators before anymore of the story had developed. As for Sven, he will be the main character in the next Agents of S.U.I.T. book, "Sew Much Trouble," which will be out in February 2026. And my publisher or sometimes bookstores are usually the ones that set up contests, but I'm not sure if they're planning anything currently.

We love all of your books and have read them many times so I have some Easter egg questions. Panksy is a fun character in book 6. Did you already plan to feature Panksy at some point when you casually put him in the front of book 1? Also, will we ever find out why Bubbles was in the cracker factory?!
