Lisa Kusel I haven't a clue, Rick. The publisher runs them. People sign up, but if they don't win do they actually go out and still buy the book? I'm not so sure. Are you thinking of running one on your own? Since I don't pay, I have no idea what the cost is and so my answer will remain vague. Sorry.
