How do you get inspired to write?

Colin Evans what inspired me to write my first book the entelligent idiot was how we are needlessly destroying the planet for profit and how the governments of this world are ripping us off until eventually I felt compelled to put it into words plus a donation will be made to Greenpeace to help them in the fight to stop this destruction. The book I'm writing at the moment is science fiction and I love the way you can just let your imagination run wild
