I finished Gray Mountain and The Painted House recently. Like these two, most of your books have open endings. (perfect scenario for sequels) Do you have an idea about sequels before you write a book, or is it accidental?

John Grisham I wanted Theo Boone to be a series, so, yes I was thinking about sequels. But never for the other books.
