I have not read the four hour body, but a friend summarized your diet plan to me. I would love to try it, but I have a thyroid issue which prevents me from eating for an hour after waking and taking my medication. Did you address an issue like this in the book?
Not a problem. Of course, consult with your medical professional, but you can make the Slow-Carb Diet work even if you don't eat food within 30 min of waking. Just make it work for your schedule. It should still produce results.
