I'm not sure what will happen with further Penric collections. Sales started out well with the first volume, but the second was released May 2020 when all the bookstores were closing for Covid. The few sales figures I've seen for the 3rd volume did not look good. The mass market paperbacks of the first two are out of print, as is the hardcover of the third. It's kinda hard to build sales when there are no copies to sell. So while it's not ruled out, I'm not at all sure Baen could make a fourth collection work well for them. Eh, time will tell.

Ebooks, happily, avoid all these difficult market constraints.

(I keep bumping into the character limit!) After finishing The Hallowed Hunt, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I couldn't help but wonder how Ingrey and Ijada got along. Wencel had, at one point, offered to teach Ingrey if he'd but come visit him at his home, where he kept his library. Novel events went quite differently, of course.
