How do you get inspired to write?

Kelly Harrison I find I am always able to write, but my environment has a lot to do with my output! At home I find there are way too many distractions for me to focus for long periods of time. It's often not the first thing I want to do when I get home, having spent the day looking at a computer screen at work.
When I took a career break it was easy to spend a few hours most days writing.
I also take myself away to the seaside where my parents have a place without internet connection. Weekends down there really helps me focus.
