Why does she NOT thank Will in the acknowledgements?

I remember…moreShe does mention in the beginning of the book that names were changed for anonymity, so it's possible she thanked Will using his real name. I remember there being a character named Salsa in the second part of the book, then hearing thanks given to "Fajita" at the end.(less)
