Why does she NOT thank Will in the acknowledgements?

Lisa She does mention in the beginning of the book that names were changed for anonymity, so it's possible she thanked Will using his real name. I remember there being a character named Salsa in the second part of the book, then hearing thanks given to "Fajita" at the end.(less)
