Just finished Razor's Edge in less than 24 hours. It's been a long time since a SW's author has driven me to finish so quickly-- excellent job, and the characters really felt "authentic." Are you going to write any additional SW's novels?

Martha Wells Hi, Lauren. Thank you, and I'm glad you enjoyed it! I think that it's going to be my only Star Wars novel. I really had fun revisiting that universe (I've been a huge Star Wars fan since the first movie came out when I was 13), but I love writing fantasy, and that's going to be my main focus again for the next few years.

Your Murderbot series is excellent, and I've read a great deal of sci-fi in the past 60 odd years. As a visual artist myself I like that I can imagine the worlds and characters in the series easily. Your dialogue is snappy and often unexpected--so much fun! I look forward to your next Murderbot novel and will make sure my public library adds it to the series. Perhaps Murderbot will "free" other bots in future ?
