Hi Martha! Just finished All Systems Red, and Murderbot is so gosh-darned #relatable I'll be a little disappointed if it doesn't start writing "Sanctuary Moon" fanfic before your series is over. What are the chances? Or should we just plan on "Sanctuary-Moon-as-written-by-Murderbot" for a Yuletide category?

Martha Wells I love Yuletide, so that would be awesome! If you haven't seen it yet, you should check out the story Fandom for Robots by Vina Jie-Min Prasad. It's online at Uncanny Magazine. It's about a robot that finds fanfic, and it's up for a couple of awards this year too.

It makes the experience very personal and sometimes I feel I could relate to him. I've finished the first book and ordered the other 3 books - yet to arrive..
