I recommend you read the genre and tropes you love best. Try new authors.
I have many favorite books in a variety of genres. Hard to just pick one.
Writing a book is like living inside a movie and getting to be the boss. Well, until one your characters takes over and pushes you around. LOL
I love to read in a quiet room, usually my bedroom, but not always.

Hi Christine! First let me say that you are an amazing author for building an entire language for your Dark series! Second, I'm Romanian(well I guess Carpathian) and I do appreciate how you do portray the amazing nature( very close to reality) in the books. My questions are: who is helping you with Romanian language when you need to use it? Second, why is not the Carpathian language more influenced by Romanian?
