Jessica Day George As of right now: no. I've had thoughts about what I would do if I did them, and by thoughts, I mean, done some outlines for two books. But then new, shiny ideas about other books popped into my head, and I followed the shiny ideas down a long hallway and now I don't really want to go all the way back down the hallway because it's dark and I'm tired and . . . Oh, look! SHINY NEW IDEA!

How do you stay focused on just one story idea? Do you weigh up the pros and cons of writing one in comparison to you others or do you just go with the one you like the most at the time? I having serious trouble trying to stay focused to one story/series, when couple of other great story/series ideas are distracting me saying 'NO write about ME now!' Very frustrating.
