Yes. My initial reaction is usually a bit of resentment and maybe injured pride. But eventually I consider the advice separate from the person who delivered it, and sometimes it's valid.

Hi Glynnis: I was hooked once reading the Warrior Maids. I love books about strong women. I also love books about wounded warriors and so The Outcast was just the thing I needed. My question is, do you have any advice for new authors like myself? I've published three books and I'm happy with the reviews and the sales considering that I'm new and unknown, but I want to get better.
