Turing effectively started working on his universal computer in about 1936, and ten years later his computer seemed like it had simply fallen out of the sky. Turing and his fellow workers never talked about what they had done during the WW2 during their lifetimes, and only in the late 1970s the work slowly came to light. The movie is definitely Turing-Lite, and it was a good film.(less)
