What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Taryn Nikolic My mother does genealogy as a hobby and has traced some Finnish DNA to a woman in a small fishing community. There is no record of a marriage or the father of her child. I think it would make a really beautiful historical fiction book. It could be a romance either forbidden or one night stand. But, it could also be a coming of age fiction. I even could see it as more fantasy based like Weyward, about a line of women who don't need men to pave their way.
