I am a rationalist -- math major in university. A total fact-and-science-obsessed numbers geek. And I love King. His characters are incredibly realistic... realer than some "literary" writers like Hemingway and Frazen IMHO. Plus, King's paranormal stuff always comes off symbolically to me. So if like any sort of fantastic story -- science fiction, fantasy, TV shows like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," or even animated films like "Toy Story," odds are you'll dig King. (less)
