Hi Rose, there are a lot of books and articles about empaths. However, I’ve noticed that a lot of them have different ideas about what an empath is, or have some kind of murky definition. How do you define an empath? Thank you!

Kat B, you’re really onto something with this question. Much like the saying Garbage in, garbage out, it behooves every empath to ask any empath expert, what is an empath? Only study with any empath teacher if you're satisfied with the answer given.
Here's mine: An empath has at least one lifelong gift for directly experiencing what it is like to be another person.
