Liz this book is easy to read without too much theories. It is mainly for practical uses. However, some of the advices suggested come from common sense, for example, the growth mindset. I think a comprehensive research and analyses could be provided to further extend the importance of growth mindset and how to achieve that based on individuals' qualities and personality. (less)
