Your Wilderlore series sounds like great fun and I really want to buy and read it, though I'm pretty much out of space in my tiny bedroom, and I don't see the series available on Kindle. Is there any chance the series will eventually be available there?

Why did you come up with the name King of Fools for the sequel?

Would you ever consider doing a prequel book for the Shadow Game series? I would love to learn more about the Mizer revolution and certain characters who lived in that time period (I don't want to spoil anything for anyone who hasn't read the series).
