Why did you come up with the name King of Fools for the sequel?

Amanda Foody I chose "King" because of the sequential title theme of "Ace," "King," and then "Queen"--per a deck of cards. "Fool" worked perfectly with the motif of the Fool tarot card, which is very important in the series. I also like to think that it alludes to Levi's questionable choices throughout the novel, of which there are many.
