It's so hard for me to read other people's writing when I'm in the middle of some major piece of work like a novel or a screenplay. I've found I can easily lose track of my own voice. Currently, I'm working on another book AND two feature films! So my reading has been limited to research and the news. However, next up for me, once I have a little break, is Matt Haig's The Midnight Library, and I'm very excited about it!
