Dear Mr. George, I wanted to tell you how much I love your Smoke Tree Books, as does my attorney brother. He noticed something in Woman of the Desert Moon that I missed - your thief Arthur is sent to federal prison by the US Atty for Nevada. Hi Gary, I stumbled across your books as suggested reads from Amazon and read all of them within a month or two! Excellent!! My best friend was Mojave Indian and I have had the opportunity to spend time with his family and attend some tribal functions after I moved west. Really curious - Why is the name of the town disguised in the novels? Thanks! Valerie
