Hi, Clare, Last year you read and liked my horse racing thriller, Secretariat Reborn. Thank you for the 5 stars. The sequel, Shark Fin Soup with Christian Roberts, came out. Think you could add it to your reading list? It's a little darker and edgier than Secretariat.

Dear Clare, I'm researching Blyton's 1930s/40s works as part of a comparison of the treatment of 'blackness' in French & British children's lit. I saw your review of 'A Story Party at GH' (1949 edn.) Could I trouble you to kindly look up the pagination of 'A Little Black Doll'? And btw, did you know that an even less PC version appeared in 1937 before pub. in the 1944 'Jolly Story Book'? Clare - thanks for doing all that you do, keeping this line of communication going. I have a question for you. How do I get a new book reviewed by Goodreads staff or followers? I have a new historic novel coming out in March. Would love to see it on the Most anticipated books list, etc. It covers equality and environmental issues through 5 generations from time of the settlement of N America to now.
