I love your book Camp! I was wondering if some of the events in that book were based off of your experience at summer camp?

Kayla Miller I went to Girl Scout Camp as a kid and things were a lot more rustic than the camp Olive and Willow go to-- but when I was in college I was a counselor at an Arts and Sports centric camp and I drew a lot of my inspiration from my time there.
