Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Brenda Novak Since Rex, the hero, comes from my suspense trilogy--INSIDE, IN SECONDS and IN CLOSE--he came to Whiskey Creek with a background that I couldn't change. I've had so many of my readers ask for his book, that I thought matching him up with Eve would be the perfect way to offer those readers resolution where he's concerned.
