How do you get inspired to write?

Tilly Tennant For many years I've made myself write every day if I can, so now it's become second nature and I feel strange if a day goes by when I don't do at least a few hundred words. Inspiration strikes me everywhere I go; usually in the supermarket queue or driving, somewhere really awkward where I can't get to a laptop before I forget my idea! I'm always working on the next novel as soon as I've finished one. I just can't help myself!
