I love that you include recipes in your books about Tuscany. Does your memoir contain recipes too? And, since the Tuscany trio of books are so memoir-esque, how did you set about deciding to, and structuring, a memoir?

Cortona about 20 years later- what is still the same and still a favorite, and what is new and not so special? Many thanks for the wild mushroom lasagne recipe - it is the hit of many parties, and I still go directly to the book for the recipe so I can enjoy a few passages while the water is boiling. Rosemary
