Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Darin Kennedy I love Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. I was reading the titles of the various movements of this piece one day, and when I read "The Gnome", "The Old Castle", "The House on Fowl's Legs", "The Great Gate of Kiev", etc., one simple thing occurred to me: those are chapter titles.
