What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Joshua Donellan Take the time to celebrate the successes - the short stories you get published, the blog posts you write that really resonate. The big milestones come around once in a while and those are nice but it's the little victories that will stop you from giving up and becoming an investment banker and amateur taxidermist or something horrid like that.

Also get a good tax accountant, I know that's not very 'sexy' advice, but trust me, you'll thank me later.
