My daughter is on a committee at AC and today they are deciding on books for their Common Reader program. I suggested to her to put you down, but she needs an author who has been influenced by Visual Arts. Do you have any books that were influenced by that?

Chariss K. Walker Without giving any spoilers both The Retreat and The Vision Chronicles series (beginning with book 2-8, when Mike meets his wife who is an oil painter) uses main characters that are artist--painters. The characters were influenced by my own late sister who was a member of Oil Painters of America and numerous other honorary artistic clubs. She dedicated her life to painting and I was influenced by her work and used the understanding of her work in those books.
