There are so many books that I want to write - and every day, I write a few thousand words on one topic or another. Sometimes it builds up and I post a blog or shoot a video, just to get the thought out into the ether. I follow my heart - and I write where passion leads me. Sometimes weeks go by and I've only written poetry - and some days, I write from sunrise until midnight - save it, and never look at it ever again. Writing brings me such joy!!!!!

I am currently reading Destressify and doing some of the meditations. I am finding that as soon as I focus on my breath, I find myself gasping for air. How do I overcome this? I will be in your new online meditation course starting April 22nd. I am looking so forward to it
