I don't think I really get inspired to write. I'll have ideas occur to me, and I'll jot them down, but in the end, I write no matter what. No inspiration necessary! To me, writing is very much like a job. I don't get inspired to work in the library every day. Some days are better than others, of course, but I've found that if I just sit around waiting for inspiration, I might be waiting for a long time. Better to be writing while I wait for it.
