Hi Gail--Have you found any of these listings that lead to significant sales? I have not. I am getting the sense that readers don't know about such places as Bookbub, Netgalley, etc.

Gail Meath Hi Pat! I've used both of those sites, but my reply will be a little lengthy, so I'll write to you separately. There is also a site that offers 1-2 months Netgalley entries for far less money than Netgalley charges, which is very helpful to test and see how our books are received there before signing up with them.
