Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

L.S. Case I’ve always been a romantic, having married my high school sweetheart almost thirty years ago. I’m also an avid Hallmark movie viewer, Nicholas Sparks reader, gazebo lover, and happily-ever-after believer. While I created this delicious escape with relatable characters to root for and invest in, I aspired to instill hope and ignite change in my readers. They were at the heart of each written word. And who doesn’t love a small town setting with white picket fencing, stretches of untampered beach, and the winding road not taken? Throw in an unusual inheritance and an emerald-eyed guy next door, and you have the perfect mix of excitement and drama.
