Astha
Astha asked Jennifer A. Nielsen:

After one of your books is published, do you ever read it? Do you read it to your friends or relatives? And do you ever notice something that you wish you could go back and change? Thank you so much, your books matter so much to me and I can't wait to read your future stories!

Jennifer A. Nielsen Hi Astha - I rarely read my books after they're published. Part of the reason is because by the time it's published, I'm nearly a year moved on to another project, and hopefully I'm a better writer than I was at the time I wrote that book. So if I were to re-read it, I'd likely feel frustrated at all the flaws I now see. That's okay though - that's how it should be for all of us as writers. We just keep looking forward, because that's how we get better.
