I saw David Christian promoting this book on TED talks. He started by showing a scrambled egg being beaten with an spoon. Then through running the video in reverse, the yolks appeared, then the egg 'stuff' went back up into the egg. He said "(paraphrased). Isn't this just like the history of the universe? Going from scrambled egg chaos, to order?"
