Where can I find "A Short Holiday"? Not seeing it on Amazon or the Tor site. Saw something via google that maybe it was a treat for people who pre-ordered Ocean's Echo? Will it ever be released for the general public, those of us who hadn't yet discovered you in time to pre-order your book?
